*just spent five minutes looking for button to update her journal...*

Ahem. Yes. ^_^; People think I have left DA. I suppose, in a way, I have. I just haven't had the time/feel to draw the past few months. I've had lots of problems in my family, but also nicer things as friends and video/PC games *cough* Ragnarok *cough* have kept me from my beloved wacom tablet.

Also, I must admit that I had gotten a little sick of the popularity contest on DA... I suppose I can say that I was a fairly popular artist with lots of people who like me and my art, and I am happy for that. But it just.. got to me. The pressure to deliver quality work at a high rate, the pressure to keep contact with everyone who dropped a message here.. yeegawds. I don't ask anyone to understand, but I just feel like venting it, now that there is a little more distance.

I won't make promises. When I draw something worthy of posting again, of course I will post it here. I just don't know if that will be tomorrow, next week or next year. I just _don't_know. I'm sorry.

Also my sincerest apologies to the people I still owe pictures (especially the people who've already drawn their part of the art trade). I haven't forgotten about you guys. I will draw my part. I promise.

Yes, I'm still alive >_> I know this place has been awefully quiet and I do have my reasons for it, but I won't bother you guys with that~ moreover I don't only have the worst case of artist's block, I also managed to blow up three computers leaving me with just a tablet and no PC to hook it up to And I've noticed that I've become VERY used to drawing digitally, so much even that I hardly have the patience anymore to use paper But.. the PC's should be fixed eventually.. and from then on we'll just have to wait for my artistic fluids (yeah right @_@) to start flowing again..

Adding to that is the change to this new DA version X_X Errr... what the hell did they do? I've hardly used DA (say: not used) so maybe you just have to get used to it, but yeah.

I've pretty much stopped checking my DeviantMessages, v3 is one of the reasons, I'm very sorry for not giving feedback to my friends and awesome artists ;_; But I simply can't get myself to do it anymore *crahs* I also didn't/won't notice if anyone has drawn me a gift or part of an art trade, so if you did/are going to do that, please e-mail me with a link or something cos I'd feel incredibly bad if I missed out

Talking about trades.. >_> I actually had worked quite a bit on some of my parts, but as my laptop crashed, I may have lost all of my work >_____O There is a small chance that it's still on the disk, but.. yeah. Damn it, I had a few nearly-finished ones ;_; So, to everyone I owe trades.. don't worry, I WILL do them. They might be a few eons late though @_@;;;

I hope that explains my absense in some wicked way.. if people still want to stay in contact with me (and I'd love it if you do :3), then don't resist to contact me. I just feel really bad about being so anti-social to my DA buddies >_> Gomen nasai~!

I and three friends of mine are working on a comic! Our human chars are in it and it's gonna be COOL, damn it I'm also thinking about a continuing story with Alanis as the main char (Zaraël will have a signicant role too), but that will probably still take a while. The holiday mood is finally coming to surface, and with it a lovely artist's block, of course T_T It's not that I can't draw anymore, it just takes a huuuuge amount of time, and I don't like the result Never been really confident about my art anyway @_@

Slooowly starting to accept trades again.. though please don't feel offended if I don't when you ask me :3 I do have other things to take care of first.

Wheeee! In 12 hours I'll be on the bus to Spain ^_^ I'll be back June 8th. My 18's birthday is June 5th. That's about all you need to know

Art-wise, when I come back I'm first gonna finish off all the.. unfinished stuff, plus I have a commission to do. After that I'd like to do some collabs, perhaps ^_^ I'll say it here when I've finished off the other stuffles.
